Victoria Schapiro was born in Copenhagen. She attended Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College from 2019 to 2022, studying International Business/Economics. Schapiro excelled academically, achieving a GPA of 12.3/12, and was awarded a scholarship for having the third-highest GPA among 8,000 students.
She was actively involved in the Student Government and the Investor Club and served as the President of the Class Council.
Schapiro debuted with her memoir F*CK RESTRICTIONS — AND YOUR MOM TOO. The book reflects her personal battles with a restrictive eating disorder that began in the eighth grade, leading to social isolation, depression, and suicidal thoughts. The memoir, presented as a mix of self-help and personal narrative, explores themes of addiction, independence, and recovery.
