    Before you go to bed, write down all the things that you need to do tomorrow—anything from taking the trash out, to answering an email, to booking tickets. Writing everything down lets both your conscious and unconscious self know that there’s nothing left to worry about as you go to sleep. Plus, the act of writing will also clearly mark the end of the day to your brain, with any unfinished business left behind you.
