The Microsoft company started in the 1970’s by two friends Paul Allen and Bill Gates. This small idea grew into the large conglomerate that is recognized as the largest software and IT services provider in the world. This further lead to the establishment of the widely used Microsoft Office Suite which contains the highly popular Microsoft Word software.
Word was first established in October 1983 and has been continuously improved since then. The latest version has seen many upgrades since then and it now meets many of the customer requirements. There are many new features such as the ability to restore changes that are made in the files that are shared, a training function, icon Library and many other improved tools.
