Charlie Chinstrap is a young Chinstrap penguin who lives with his royal family of the seas in Antarctica. When Charlie receives a letter from his friend Diego informing him of the decline of his Galapagos penguin family, Charlie decides with the help of his sister Beatrice, King Kinte and Queen Henrietta to go to the Galapagos islands to find out why these penguins are in trouble.
