Test-performance as a Negative Indicator of Future Professional Success

People who pass a given professional examination after preparing for a very short time at it often fail dismally in the corresponding professions, and people who pass such an examination only after preparing for a very long time at it often succeed brilliantly in the corresponding area. In this short paper, it is explained why this is so.
