Love is a mystery. This book is a courageous attempt to enter into that mystery. In these pages, we’ll dive deep into some of the burning questions we all have about love and intimacy. There are chapters on chemistry, soul mates and sacred sexuality. We explore relationship sins as well as relationship myths, discuss how secrets and shadows impact and sometimes tear apart our relationships.

Inspired by the Seattle Meetup Group, Enigma of Love, the year-long group was a deep exploration of love and intimacy which through facilitated dialogue, exercises and role playing men and women shared their feelings and experiences in an authentic and vulnerable way. The group evolved into a sacred container of collective, universal wisdom and insight with each chapter based on the topics covered in the group.
