William Henry is an historian and archaeologist from Galway city. The author of numerous books, including the acclaimed and successful Galway and the Great War, Forgotten Heroes and Supreme Sacrifice: The Story of Eamonn Ceannt. He published his first book for children: T’r na nîg: A New Adventure in 2008.
