John Elliott was born in Glasgow, 1938. As well as ‘Scotland making him’, he has lived in Spain and Paris and worked as an Assistant Film Editor, a night telephonist and in the Unemployment Benefit Service.A persistent jazz and improvised music listener, he now resides in Twickenham.
