Richard K. Tobin was born in North Sydney, Nova Scotia. He has long been a Sir Arthur Conan Doyle fan and as a result, among many other writing projects, he began to pen short stories featuring everyone's hero, Sherlock Holmes. Richard has been published numerous times and recently won second prize in a Maritime-wide Short Story Contest sponsored by the magazine, Mentality. Richard has also successfully submitted poems to several publications and has recently concluded an anthology of poetry.
