Charlie Lyndhurst is an award-shortlisted novelist who lives with his boyfriend and their cats. When he's not writing, he can be found baking to satisfy a notoriously sweet tooth, admiring classic cars he'll never quite be able to afford, and sharing glasses of pink wine with friends. His proudest achievement, however, is being a self-declared gold medallist in his favourite sport: reading a romantic novel in a long, hot bath.
His debut commercial novel, The Grooms Wore White (2022), follows a talented wedding planner as he navigates prejudice in the workplace alongside the ups and downs of his own love life.
He followed this with The Lonely Hearts Lido Club (2022), a heartwarming tale of three strangers who form an unexpected, supportive friendship through swimming together at a London lido.
In 2023, he published The Cosy Cat Society, a touching story of five very different people who find comfort and community while volunteering at a feline rescue centre, and Finding Our Family, an inclusive and humorous exploration of love, family bonds, and modern relationships.
