Your faith can be strong even when your mind feels exhausted.

You can love Jesus, pray sincerely, know Scripture, and still struggle with anxiety, overthinking, emotional exhaustion, intrusive thoughts, loneliness, fear, or nights when your mind refuses to slow down.

JESUS, MY MIND IS TIRED is a compassionate 30-day Christian devotional for anyone who wants to find greater peace without pretending that faith makes every emotional struggle disappear.

Through Scripture-centered reflections, honest encouragement, gentle practices, prayers, and journaling prompts, Bethany Grace Reed helps you bring your whole inner life into God’s presence while taking practical steps toward healthier thoughts, deeper rest, and wiser support.

Inside, you’ll explore how to:

• Stop treating exhaustion as spiritual failure.
• Calm the endless cycle of overthinking
• Respond to anxiety without shame
• Recognize fearful and intrusive thoughts without letting them define you
• Rest without feeling guilty
• Set healthier boundaries
• Release perfectionism and people-pleasing
• Navigate grief, loneliness, uncertainty, and emotional pain
• Make room for counseling, medical care, and appropriate mental-health support alongside faith
• Build small habits that help create a steadier, more peaceful life

This devotional does not promise that thirty days will solve everything. Instead, it offers something more sustainable: a daily place to slow down, tell the truth, receive grace, and remember that you do not have to become perfectly calm before you can come to God.

You are allowed to be tired.

You are allowed to need help.

And you are still deeply loved.

Begin Day One today and give your tired mind a quieter place to meet God.
