You cannot afford to spend time being mad, upset, or unruly. There is no peace or harmony in these states. Forgive. Let go. You’re a being who is on the rise. Release the emotions that aid your potential downfall.

We have been conditioned to care too much about things that cause us pain or help keep us in a state of suffering, think about that.
