The healing lore of Harita’s way,
Preserves the health by night and day;
Through herbs and rites the body thrives,
And dharma guards our mortal lives. [1]
It teaches food both pure and right,
The seasons’ law, the daily rite;
With balance kept in work and rest,
The seeker walks in wellness blessed. [2]
From forest green the cures are drawn,
To heal the sick at dusk and dawn;
With Haritaki the strength is found,
Restoring peace where pain is bound. [3]
Thus, Harita’s wisdom still remains,
A jewel within Ayurveda’s chains;
Its voice of truth through time shall stay,
To guide the healer’s noble way. [4]
