    💧Sentiš

i didn’t expect it to happen, but i am completely unsatisfied with this book. i literally just couldn’t take it in. the writing and the style of the first chapters were so much complicated to follow, so i got constantly distracted and completely lost the sense of sentences.

though i have read some reviews and the book's description, it was completely different from what i'd somehow anticipated. the narrative itself was fully stirring and intimate, but unfortunately, i could neither get into the plot’s spirit nor empathise with the characters.

however, what i do like is that the story was written not in the usual linear storytelling. it was rather a mind map with various embranchments. as there was the main character and besides her, as a reader, you also were immersed back and forth into the lives of everyone who surrounds her, into the stories of how they all had ended up at that point, what brought them up here, and what decisions they had attempted to be who they were.
